Payment

You can choose between various payment methods: Debit or Credit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta, and Venmo.

Do you charge sales tax? What is sales tax?

Sales & Use Tax (“Sales Tax”) will be charged by applicable US states to customers who purchase from us. We are required by law to collect Sales Tax in those states. You will see the Sales Tax applied to your order once you confirm your shipping details and proceed to checkout.

How is Sales & Use Tax calculated?

Sales Tax is calculated on the net total merchandise value after all applicable discounts have been applied. Total taxes may also include taxes charged on the delivery and shipping fees (if taxable in your state).

Sales Tax charged on your order will be displayed at the checkout stage.

Gadgets and Gizmos collects sales tax from the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, Washington DC, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin.

For your security, your billing name and address must match the billing information your credit card company has on file. Please contact your credit card company if you received a declined message.

Create a Paypal account

To pay with PayPal, you'll need to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website.

Place your order

Once you've added your items, go to checkout as normal. If PayPal has successfully been added as a payment method on your account, it will appear as a payment option at the checkout.

  • It's faster: with no need to type in your card details, you can check out in a few clicks.
  • It's easier: all you need is an email address and password to pay online.

Orders

When you make a purchase on our website, we will promptly send you an email to confirm your order. This email will contain all the necessary information regarding your order, such as the delivery and billing addresses, as well as a comprehensive list of the items you have selected. This confirmation email serves as a record of your purchase and ensures that all details are accurate before the order is processed and shipped.

 

We make every effort to make sure your order is fulfilled with all the items. Unfortunately, there are some situations an item is high on demand the out of stock item may not evident until the order picking process.

There may have also been an issue during the fulfillment process where the item gets damaged. In these cases, we cancel the item from the order. If there are no other items within the order, we will cancel the order completely. We always try to ship as many items from your order as possible. 

The exact reason your order has been canceled is unique to what you have ordered, how you attempted to pay for it, the location to which you've chosen to have it shipped, and even the length of time the items have been sitting in your shopping cart prior to check out.

My order was canceled within minutes of placing it.

There was likely an issue with either your billing address or card information. Please double check your billing information from the order confirmation you received. If everything is correct, please review your shopping cart to ensure you are not attempting to purchase multiples of an item with a quantity limit which is displayed on the product detail page. If neither of these appear to be an issue, you can contact us using the contact us page or email us at gadgetsandgizmos2024@gmail.com.

My order was canceled the day after placing it.

There was likely an issue with our inventory. Although we initially thought the item was in stock, when we actually went to locate it, it was no longer available. We apologize for the inconvenience, but encourage you to check back in a week or so. We try our best to restock items as quickly as possible. 

I never got a cancellation notice in my email. Where is my order?

Whether your entire order is canceled or just a single item, you will receive a cancellation notice in your email. If you did not receive one, please check your deleted items and spam folder.
If you took the steps listed above and still do not have a cancellation email, it is likely that your order is still on it's way. Please visit the Tracking Your Order section for more details. 

Has your estimated delivery time elapsed?


Please allow an extra few days, for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times).


Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.

Shipping

 Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gadgets and Gizmos is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  

Due to Covid-19, many of our shipping carriers are experiencing delays in delivering orders. Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive.

The health and safety of our customers and teams is our #1 priority and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ship your order. If anything about your experience is not what you expected, please let us know at gadgetsandgizmos2024@gmail.com.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

We kindly ask for your understanding as it may take 1-3 business days for the tracking information to become available.

Typically, on average, it may take up to 8-11 business days from warehouse to destination.

 Some orders may take longer than others.
Delivery time will vary due to the destination.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at gadgetsandgizmos2024@gmail.com with your name and order number, and any other important information and we will look into it for you. 

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Canada Post

No, we currently exclusively offer our products in the United States and Canada.

However, we are actively working on expanding to other regions in the future.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To Submit a return request: 

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or go to the returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. 

4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

6.  If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.  Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

7. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Merchandise Concern

We would be happy to look into your merchandise concern if you could please contact us with the following information:

  • Name and phone number of the person the purchase was made under
  • Date item was purchased
  • Item number and/or description of item from the receipt
  • Concern summary

When contacted with the information requested, a Gadgets and Gizmos representative will review that information and reach out with an update to your concern.
